The saxophone has taken Marko Dzomba to England, France, Italy, China, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Japan, Serbia, Norway, Romania, Luxembourg and the Czech Republic and his performances have been heard in concert halls such as the Konzerthaus Vienna, Musikverein Wien, Brucknerhaus Linz, Ljubljana Philharmonic, Philharmonie Luxembourg and many others. As a Yamaha Artist he was one of the saxophonists who played a part in the development of Yamaha’s electric saxophone. 

Marko Dzomba won the Austrian CARSA Rising Star Award which subsequently led to his appearances as a soloist with the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra China, Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra, Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra Moscow, Beethoven Philharmonie, RTS Symphony Orchestra, Brasov Philharmonic in Romania, Bad Reichenhall Philharmonic Orchestra, Webern Chamber Philharmonic, Vienna Jeunesse Orchester and the Orchestra of the Slovenian Armed Forces. 

As well as performing original repertoire and arrangements, Marko is dedicated to playing contemporary music and exploring new sound possibilities by incorporating extended playing techniques into his performances.

He has appeared on radio and television stations such as ORF, Radio Ö1, Radio Klassik , RTVSLO, RTS and Klassik Radio Germany.  

Marko Dzomba lives in Vienna, and is a Yamaha, D´addario and SCV artist, and plays on 24 carat gold plated, Custom saxophones, with D’addario RESERVE reeds.
